The Welding is Done!
Today, I finished up the parts that required welding. It would have been done sooner, but I made a mistake welding one of the tubes and had to make a new one. The first picture shows the two pieces right after my the first pass of grinding to make sure the welds were good enough for the machine. Later, I did more finish work smoothing out the joints and cleaning out the recesses. The second picture shows the parts after an initial coat of primer. The third picture is just something I thought looked cool: 22 1"x1"x1" steel angles hot off the horizontal band saw.
